La Institución de la Ley Bíblica tiene como objectivo revertir la tendencia actual. Se le llama <> en el sentido altguo de le palabra, o sea, los principos fundamentales -en este caso, de la Ley- porque se entiende como un principio, como un análisis institutivo de esa Ley que debe regir a le sociedad, y que la debe regir bajo Dios.
Para comprender la Ley bíblica es necesario entender también ciertas características básicas de dicha Ley. En ella se declarar ciertas premises o principios amplios. Esas son esas declaraciones.
Una Segunda característica de la Ley Bíblica es que la mayor parte de ella es Ley casuística, es decir, la ilustración de los principios básicos segúna casos específicos. Dichos casos específicos son a menudeo ilustraciones del alcance de la aplicación de la Ley; es decir, al citar un tipo mínimo de caso se revela la jurisdicción necesaria de la Ley.
La Ley, entronces, afirma principios y cita casos para desarrollar las implicaciones de esos principios, teniendo como propósito y dirección le restitucón del orden de Dios.
